@DebByrneRN It's how they avoid treating the trauma. Nurses deserve better then resilience. A dysregulated nervous system does not get to be masked by the label "resilient" and given praise. They should promote healing the trauma experienced!

@GrittyNurse The fact that clients aren't able to use their benefits for #nursepsychotherapy . It is simply because @CLHIA is refusing to update policies and educate themselves. A simple change would make the world of a difference for mental health!

#Sudbury This is straight up gross negligence by your hospital system. And nevermind the nurses who a BEYOND suffering. @HSN_Sudbury you are ALLOWING this to happen. Procedures that should be 1:1 care for SAFETY reasons are at a 3:1 ratio with unqualified staff @Dominic_Giroux
