@RoyalMail my partner paid £1.70 to post a birthday card to his sister who lives 45 miles away. He posted it last Wednesday, her birthday was on Sunday and she only received it today. 6 days after posting? What's that about? 1st class service? I think not! 😡

@WeAreSTV What's the deal with the subtitles on the player? Thankfully I can hear the dialogue but like to have them on. Why aren't they on during the final chase? Or key moments in soaps? Very sporadic and not good enough for people who rely on them. Sort it out. Again! 🙄
