Today @educationgovuk has released it's recovery plan. It does not meet the complex needs of disabled children and families. Many children have fallen behind in terms of speech, social and motor skills as vital services like therapies have been delayed.

Working with hospitals & our Young person advisory group @LittleJourney__ have produced 17 animations answering children & young people’s questions about COVID-19, having a swab test & vaccines. This week we launched the first 3 animations about having a swab test.
When leadership is humble, curious, & compassionate, it doesn't need to shout or seek the limelight. It works alongside, listens to understand, knows when to get out of the way, & values difference. When leadership is not 'on show', it might just mean it's working rather well.
