@AvantiWestCoast please can you advise how to include hotel / taxi costs in a delay/repay claim?? There is nowhere on the website to add anything other than the rail ticket!

@AvantiWestCoast Hi! Yes I spoke to staff at Preston. He had been phoned by Euston to ask for the ramp- but had missed the call and hadn’t had time to phone back. Our journey was 3hours 15 minutes so I’m not sure why he had no time!
Thanks @AvantiWestCoast for not bringing the ramp to our train at Preston so I could get off- despite it being pre-booked! Thankfully I was travelling with my husband today who was able to lift me off - otherwise I would now be en route to Glasgow!
Messages from you last week telling me this would be resolved within 24 hours - but still I have no refund. Please take this as notice that if I do not receive a refund , I will have no choice but to issue this matter in the small claims court !
It will never not annoy me that Euston tube station isn’t accessible. It’s a central transport hub for half of England & I can’t get off the tube there. I have to get off at Kings Cross and push for 10-15 minutes, whilst everyone else can just sit on the tube for an extra minute!

@HIExpress With respect your DM yesterday promised a resolution within 24 hours and the DM’s earlier in the week made a similar pledge. Your suggestion that I ask my bank to resolve the issue is unacceptable! I simply would like a refund for a room that I was unable to reach!
@HIExpress another 24hrs has passed and I’m still awaiting a refund for my room 9 days ago that I cldnt get into as a wheelchair user as your lift was broken. Getting ridiculous now! #wheelchairtravel#DisabilityTwitter
…for that room. I’d be really grateful therefore (after numerous telephone calls and emails!) if you would now refund me as promised for the room that I couldn’t get in! Ps it’s a miracle if anyone can book this hotel by phone as no one ever answers on reception!

@LPL_Airport please can you advise how I report damaged disability equipment on an @Ryanair flight from Barcelona-Liverpool Friday evening. I need an airport reference before proceeding any further with @Ryanair ??? Damage was only apparent once we returned home and unpacked
