@1RickLewis Check out PRP and Prolotherapy injections to heal the partial tear instead of surgery. I have known several guys who never had surgery after a partial tear. But I have done PRP and Prolotherapy and that worked for me. Might be a great option instead of surgery.

@1RickLewis Seriously depends on how bad you tore your pec. Partial then not much a Dr can do but a complete tear would mean surgery. Even a partial tear will bruise and the bruising will be bad..... Just a heads up.... Acupuncture can be a huge benefit for the healing!
