Isn't this Peak SNP/Glasgow council hypocrisy.
They rammed through a Low Emission Zone to hammer local drivers and 'save the planet' in the city centre, yet for George Square, right in the middle of it, they're shipping kerbstones thousands of miles from China.
The emissions from that container ship alone make a total mockery of their net-zero by 2030 targets and LEZ virtue-signalling.
Scottish quarries and jobs sitting idle while they choose cheap foreign imports? This isn't climate action, it's performative greenwashing and economic self-sabotage.
These clowns talk tough on emissions when it hits ordinary people, but when it comes to their own vanity projects they couldn't care less.
Bin the lot of them.

"The Scottish Parliament was founded on the principles of openness and accountability, so it is inexplicable that the Presiding Officer has made a decision that restricts legitimate scrutiny," said Nick McGowan-Lowe, @NUJScotland national organiser.
