@laurathehuman I’m with you in spirit. In 2021, I spent thousands of dollars in physiotherapy because of autoimmune issues. Hurting every time you try to move is such a awful feeling. Primal screaming is not a bad last resort.

@laurathehuman Because of my intolerance to cow dairy, I buy Manchego (I get it from Costco - it is the best price there). The soft goat cheese is fine but sometimes it’s nice to have cheese and crackers (made from almond flour because 👵🏼).
