You plug in an MP3 player to the bottom, send in PEMF biophotonic arrangements to it, and the torus generates pulsed electrodynamic-magnetic field therapy out around it around 18" in each direction. Paint the inside, or outside, or better, both, with ultra fine powder shungite mixed well in your paint. Then place 2 layers of foil on your windows. Or just line everything with foil. Wear a shungite necklace at all times. A copper-wire threaded shungite torus is even better if you can afford it. Use the Maharic Shield energy field around you 2-3 x everyday. These are the best methods I know of.
