Why haven't you asked President Trump to order the FBI criminals at the Threat Screening Center to end it?
97% of the people on two hidden categories of the list do NOT meet the reasonable suspicion criteria. That is why they do not get the SSSS when traveling but their lives become a living hell.
Time is running out.
@Jon_Gross They place the best of our country in the Terrorist Screening Database's hidden categories to condemn them to a life of government weaponization.
No supervision.
No auditing.
No accountability.
The most dangerous enemy of democracy is the deep state FBI/DOJ, yet it is NEVER mentioned by our elected officials.
The FBI/DOJ has affectively unlimited resources to hunt you down, and absolute immunity from charges of weaponization. They are accountable to nothing but the honor system, and these people are NOT honorable.
There is enough exculpatory evidence in the Brian Cole Jr. case that a reasonable juror could find more than a reasonable doubt as to his guilt.
From what I understand, all the FBI has is a grainy video that does not show his face, some cell phone data that shows he was in the general area, and some credit card receipts that show that -- at the very worst -- he could have built "A" bomb, NOT "THE" bomb.
Against the government's case is @SteveBakerUSA 's showing that "the shoe don't fit" (so you must acquit), gait analysis (which is always rock solid science when the government uses it against YOU, but junk science when WE use it), and now actual evidence that they may have the wrong person.
This, of course, is on top of the fact that his profile does not make any sense to place him as the pipe bomber.
That is not to say that they don't have probable cause to arrest him and convince a grand jury to indict him -although that is getting harder to support by the day.
But it does mean that they should not be holding him in the DC Gulag - which is not under investigation for civil and human rights violations - pretrial.
He is not dangerous and not a flight risk. That should end the analysis. He should be sent home to his family immediately so he can properly meet with his lawyers and prepare for trial.
There is absolutely zero justification to hold him. If he is held until trial, his trial should be declared a mistrial.
There should be a rule that if the government holds you before trial, they can only prepare for trial for the same amount of time that you are given to prepare.

MK ULTRA never ended!
Great interview with Dr. Juliette Engel @SPARKY493 shining light upon the C1A darkness.

Today is October 23, 2026 - @dbongino framed an innocent autistic man for dropping pipe bombs so he could quit as FBI Co-Deputy Director after 292 days on a "high note."

🚨🇺🇸 JUST IN: COURT RULES TATE BROTHERS’ DETENTION IS ILLEGAL AND THE GOVERNMENT IS ORDERED TO ANSWER BY FRIDAY OR FACE THE MUSIC
The government demanded 50 pages to justify keeping Andrew and Tristan locked up. Judge Damian said 35 pages was more than enough.👀
Their detention has been ruled illegal. The government must now explain itself by Friday‼️
FREE ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE.
A reminder of techniques that the Biden FBI or DOJ used against J6 defendants that have since been ruled unconstitutional by courts. The list would have grown except that President Trump's executive order ended the persecution and need for appeals.
1) U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi ruled on August 5, 2026 that mass cell "tower dump" data searches are per se unconstitutional general warrants under the Fourth Amendment because they sweep in location records for thousands of innocent bystanders without individualized probable cause, as was used against J6 defendants.
2) Chatrie v. United States - Supreme Court ruled 6-3 on June 29, 2026 that law enforcement acquisition of cellular location data via a geofence warrant constitutes a "search" under the Fourth Amendment because individuals maintain a reasonable expectation of privacy in such digital history. This tactic was used against thousands of U.S. citizens related to J6.
3) Fischer v. United States - Supreme Court ruled 6–3 on June 28, 2024 that the federal obstruction charge 1512 (c)(2) used against January 6 Capitol riot defendants requires proof that the defendant impaired or attempted to impair the availability or integrity of physical records, documents, or objects used in an official proceeding. This impacted hundreds of J6 defendants facing this charge.
4) United States v. Brock - D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on March 1, 2024 that district judges improperly lengthened the sentences of more than 100 January 6 defendants by applying a "substantial interference with the administration of justice" enhancement.
5) United States v. Little - D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on August 18, 2023 that federal sentencing laws do not permit a judge to impose a combined "split sentence" of both imprisonment and probation for a single petty misdemeanor offense as was done to J6 defendants.
6) United States v. Kyle - Federal judge in the Northern District of Oklahoma ruled that law enforcement use of license plate reader systems without a warrant is unconstitutional. This technique was used against J6 defendants.
Here's @eduneret telling you: Tulsi's ODNI was BLOCKED by Langley from providing the truth to the American people.
In other, the intel agencies are still in charge of America.
Not Trump.
She was part of an organized CIA class of candidates that came into office in 2018.
The 2018/2020 candidate group was organized in response to the Trump election two years prior.
Everyone from within that CIA group was financed, supported and installed in order to assist the U.S. Intelligence Community defend itself and retain power.
