@LinkedInLunat1c The only real argument I’ve seen for higher prices being higher tip and it’s cuz of how tipouts work in kitchens that tip back of house. Servers needs to pay out a certain percentage to the back of house for every meal that they serve, and then they keep whatever tips are left

Like celebrities paying so their kids don’t need to do university intake exams. That could be a possibility with the bar, but they’ve chosen to not allow financial swaying.
