Similarly, a push cart has all of its weight on very small wheels, so the damage is greater than a mower.

@natereilly @iTweetTurf Too many variables for a response to have much value. What is sand cost? Acreage? Turf type, will it need sod? Sprigs? Seed? Water concerns with grow in allotments? Is it rocky soil which will dramatically affect irrigation installation and pipe recommendation.
