I love 2022! Every black woman that follows me I swear I be lurking they page like, “I know they got a business! Let me find out what this Queen does so we can support one another!”
I love to see us all working in our God given talents. Such a good feeling to see it!
I operated like a big business (corporation) before I became one.
It’s not enough to just speak it. It’s not enough just to think it. You also have to start moving in the direction of what you want and begin acting on it.
It’s the emotional intelligence exhibited by #JayZ as he defended his wife at the #GRAMMYs2024 that gives black love for me.
OAN: The fact we’re in 2024 & still having to deal w/the micro aggressions of other races is a clear ex. of why #affirmativeaction is still needed today.

If you’ve been struggling in business, it’s time to switch up your audiences. Target industries that continue to boom. Add service lines to your business that will add additional revenue streams.
Invest in systems, tech and automation.
Imagine working on your business passively only 10 hours a week, consistent monthly revenues of 5-6 figures, business running smoothly, team feeling empowered to make decisions and the ability to live the life you’ve always desired…
That’s what systems can do for your business.
Losing doesn’t equate to failure. Winning doesn’t suggest we have it all figured out. It’s all a journey and once we learn to embrace each moment, we will begin to see God’s glory in all of it.

10. Be Kind and Show Grace: Genuine kindness will open many doors for you along with showing grace to yourself and others.
We’re all running a race that gets hard and tough but village, the entrepreneurial village, should be a collective of individuals we can trust and lean on.
Lessons I’ve learned in the past seven years in business that has helped me to sustain and grow even in slow economic times:
1. Delegate Accounts Payable: Remove the ability for clients to run to you with their sob stories. Hire a collections team or automate through technology.
9. Delegate Business and Personal Tasks: If the housekeeper can save you 8 hours/mo, a chef can save you 10+ hours/mo, a nanny or childcare can save you 40 hours/week, invest in it!
The hours you’re saving are hours you can invest back into your business.
