Farmers walk training has not been futile. Was able to carry 3 cans of used paint and 4 small cans of what not to the rubbish bin. Took me one trip.

Yesterday was health related errands. Had a tele consultation in the morning for the flu and running nose then mammogram in the afternoon. Followed by a trip to cai shen miao.
