Karen Cassidy is into the final countdown to the start of her Mizen 2 Malin Cycling Ireland record attempt!
Tomorrow morning at 6am she will take to her bike with the aim of cycling 568km with approx 4,500m of climbing along the way, in under 24 hour is raising funds for RNLI 1/2
