@TheTNHoller The playbook is right there in the history books. Create a crisis where sidestepping the constitution is justified, paint it as the will of the people and convince them it’ll “save the country.” It’s a proven useful method.
Marquinhos has been at PSG for 12 years. He's seen heartbreak after heartbreak in the Champions League.
Of course he got emotional when they finally won it 🥹
@Justin6Bradley@KUTV2News Due process refers to people accused of crimes. Sadam, the Japanese and the Nazi’s who were accused of crimes were famously given their day in court. (Soldiers fighting in a war are not accused criminals). Every accused criminal has a God-given right to due process.
@Justin6Bradley@KUTV2News Our country was founded on the very belief that every living human is endowed with this right by our Creator. The governments duty is to adhere to that God-given right. This is clearly stated in the Constitution and Declaration of Independence.
@andyblarsen There are two things I remember best from going to playoff games with my dad as a kid. Bringing a huge sign that I colored by hand, and seeing Doc’s rubber chickens behind the basket. I miss that.
@theneedledrop Imprisoning protesters for illegally protesting but granting full pardons for “his” illegal protesters is encroaching tyranny. We’re on a very slippery slope.
@Acyn the executive branch is attempting to use executive power to ignore parts of the constitution that they don’t like. Nobody should be okay with this.
