Waynesburg RB Zayne Cawley has been granted a medical hardship waiver for the 2025 season and will return in 2026.

With Cawley back in the fold alongside Carson Shriver, the Yellow Jackets will feature one of the more dynamic rushing duos in the PAC.

Waynesburg University RB Carson Shriver (@carson_shriver) stepped up after starter Zayne Cawley went down for the season and made the most of his opportunity, earning 2nd Team All-PAC honors.

The Fairview, West Virginia native carried the ball 164 times for 810 yards and 9 TDs, while adding 18 receptions for 123 yards through the air.

A big 2026 season could be on the way for Shriver.
