@NWSSpokane Yes. Yes I did. In fact, it became a whole "old couple" debate in the car.
Me: "ooh look at that belt of lenticular clouds"
Husband: silence.
Me: do you see what I mean?
Husband: yes, .... no?
Me: those- right there see how they're different?
Husband: wait, what?
@NWSSpokane Just sayin. Something about rowdy rain/hail in a small theatre seems a sign from the gods. Something is happening here. Stage Left show and dramatic rain-pound on the roof is amazing.
@NWSSpokane It's a dry ... coldness? I am very curious to know- how does this dryness blend down through the atmosphere? Is it still less dry west of the cascades, or is Seattle shrivelling in its soggy glorious essence? Is BC drying out? What does this mean on the ground for all of us?
@NWSSpokane Woeking for the forest service, I discovered how many people walked away from their "morning" campfire to go hiking, etc. I know it sucks to have a wet fire pit, but you need to drown it. It can burn downward and travel via roots.
