Stripe sends payment_intent.created and payment_intent.processing as separate events, both mapped to PENDING. The subscriber passed PENDING straight into the completion workflow, which only had branches for SUCCESSFUL or AUTHORIZED.

Fix: filter PaymentActions.PENDING out at the subscriber, before it reaches the workflow. Added a regression test so it can't regress silently.

My take: formal verification, not the price tag, is what makes this claim different from October's. Lean checks the logic step by step before any mathematician has to just trust the company's word.
