Clown show continues with ATT! Customer service rep assured me after their first and second failed attempt to send me equipment that a technician would be to solve the issue! Service window rolls and no call, no email, no technician. Nearing 2 weeks of no internet! @ATT

After speaking with another representative following 6 different calls and hours of holding, I was assured on Thursday I would have a technician at my house between 12-2… 3:15 and still no technician or update on my account….
POV: you tried to schedule a move through ATT and they cannot figure out how to send you a modem….
I mean seriously, 2 phone calls with customer service assuring me I’d have it today and alas, one week after my activation date I can’t use a service i’m being billed for
