We spent our entire lives, and human history, under the assumption intelligence was a scarce resource. Now, everyone can summon an inexhaustible IQ machine like it's tap water. And incidentally, the change is so profound our own brains can barely comprehend it.
@SophiaCai99 I wonder what the likelihood of this being a good-cop bad-cop theatre play they are running. Where the USG plays the foil so anthropic can save face when it implements the controls the USG is asking for.
theory is @Cheguevoblin@bitcoinpanda69 and triple B's big hiatus started when Che learned about Claude/CLI ... man was working on how to teach himself how to code the old way right before this hiatus behavior began
Look at CT. Nobody is content. They can’t place 1 bet and wait. They’re constantly changing their minds.
Flip a coin. Bull or bear. While it’s in the air you’ll feel what you know that coin should on. That’s what it’s like to feel your intuition
These are the invisible idols of our time. People build their identity around likes, followers, and applause. But as soon as the crowd moves on, so does their worth.
“Human praise means nothing to me.” John 5:41. That’s Jesus speaking.
I look at all the material things people chase in life. Cars. Money. Mansions. Then they die.
I look at all the non-materialistic things people chase in life. Validation, acceptance from strangers, compliments, praise, accolades, etc.
Then they die.
How meaningless.
Cars rust. Mansions crumble. Applause fades. Even the people who crave fame are forgotten by the next generation.
You can own land but not the weather. You can earn riches but not guarantee health. You can win applause but not command loyalty.
So what are you doing?
I talk a lot about money. But the truth is the only currency that will last is the kingdom of God. love, forgive, serve others, those acts ripple through eternity.
Your relationships. How did you treat others. Did you life them up. What good is it to have all the fame money and power and then die and be forgotten.
Is it not more important to help others. Then when you die they may remember the good and also do good.
Now you have left behind something greater than a huge monetary inheritance.
You left a legacy.
