BREAKING: Today marks a win in the fight to preserve Hoosier’s First Amendment rights online. A judge just blocked a state-imposed mandate requiring websites with “material harmful to minors” to employ invasive age verification systems for all users, including adults.
Every year, dozens of kids in Indiana are charged automatically as adults – the vast majority of whom are also children of color.

Excellent reporting by my colleague @Farah_Yousrym. A must read for Indiana residents — and anyone in a state that has a near total abortion ban (or may soon).
Indiana has banned abortion.
Reminder: this is a state in which schools are NOT required to teach sex ed.
It’s up to schools to decide how and if to teach it — which means the sex ed kids receive is limited and dependent on where they go to school.
