@AmericanAir had to deplane twice, spent over 8 hours in CLT, you wouldn’t honor a purchased day pass, then a dismissive reply that contradicted your own written policy. Escalated a week ago.. 🦗. Apparently customer service is optional now. #AACustomerService
@WhereImFrom is there an ETA on when the JBF apparel will ship? Ordered on 9/6 and it said they would ship around the 9/19 but I haven’t received anything yet.
Was told they left a message for the manager to call me today but what do you know? NO FREAKING CALL BACK. Who can I talk to that can actually do something to help bc this is ridiculous
@KayJewelers got a ring for Mother’s Day 18 months ago. In that time 3 different stones have fallen out. Sent it back twice for repairs. This time I’ve gone into the store in Springfield, Oh & received no help as per usual.
2nd call ended bc that person couldn’t find any record of anything. Called the Springfield store again to see if just maybe this would be the lucky time where they’d actually be helpful & of course no manager there.
Took a week for them to tell me the pointless email you sent didn’t have any detail & I have to call in AGAIN. Can’t wait to spend another hour of my life on the phone 😡 thanks for adding more work to my life.
@walmarthelp long story short, I placed an order 8/30. It was “stuck in processing”. The people on chat said I should cancel & reorder, so I did. Now that order is “stuck in processing”. I called last week & they again want me to cancel & reorder.
@walmarthelp this has been zero help. It’s been 4 business days and all I’ve heard is this was forwarded to your “online team”. Neat. It’s officially been a month. Still no product. What an absolute joke.
