After a decade of reforms (including phonics, literacy coaching, and a requirement to repeat 3rd grade if you couldn’t read), they’re now in the top 10 nationally. It wasn’t about “more vs. less” funding, it was about higher standards & common sense. Soon it’ll be our turn to lead the way in Ohio.
