We are a Blue Star Museum! Starting this Saturday (May 16) through Labor Day (September 7), active duty military and up to five family members will receive free admission to our museum by showing a valid military ID. We are open Monday-Saturday from 9:30am-4:30pm.

Jimmy and Rosalynn were married on 7/7/46, exactly 80 years ago today. A marriage that lasted 77 years, until her death, the longest presidential marriage in American history. One that showed the world what true love and partnership looked like, and still inspires people today.

Today is #HigherEducationDay. President Carter gave many commencement addresses and received several honorary degrees. He delivered the commencement address at Notre Dame on May 22, 1977, where he received an honorary Doctor of Laws by Father Hesburgh, University President.
