@virginmedia So nearly 10 days later and still no help. I’ll never be going back to virgin again! And I advise people not to. It’s so hard to sort anything. Been trying for over a month and I’ve come to the conclusion to cancel my direct debits if I can’t get to log into my account soon

@virginmedia got to say virgin is awful. Been trying to change my password for an hour and nobody has helped. It’s meant to be simple isn’t it. Can’t log into my account. And they just hand me over to someone else to hands me over to someone else. This needs to be sorted.
