@DallasCPA@SpencerHakimian OR... you're the idiot for believing this is an accurate pic of what it really looks like after the repair. (Hint: the pic is what it used to look like before)
@nithyavraman Hmm... if only we all knew why he doesn't live in his house... but, even more telling, is that YOU cannot seem to get out of your own way - you keep campaigning on the exact things Angelinos are pissed about YOU not fixing!
@ewarren Perhaps your "immediate priority" should be to follow the will of the people, and not focusing on you seizing more power and control over them.
@RealJamesWoods Pratt should easily exceed 50% of the vote in June. The rest of them can't seem to get out of their own way, they are literally pushing voters to him every time they open their mouths.
Illegal Alien impact on housing
Let's do some math...
11 Million in just the last 4 years. Contrary to what they are trying to tell you, this impacts housing in a big way - they did not bring beds / shelter with them. So that is 11M beds needed.
Any idea how much it costs to build housing with 11M beds?
Let's be conservative. Let's assume they double up in each bedroom. Let's also be generous and use 3 bedroom units as the average... so 6 to a unit.
11M /6 = 1,375,000 units.
The National average cost for a house is over $300k. The cost to build 3 bedroom apartment units is well over $200k. So let's pretend they all live in apartments...
1.375M x $200k = $275 BILLION dollars worth of real estate solely to house just the aliens Biden/Harris have let in. Truth is, the actual cost is likely far more, as we are lowballing all the numbers and double occupying each bedroom.
Now consider there were around 30M non citizens already here, already in beds. So people that are not supposed to be here are Occupying over a TRILLION dollars worth of housing.
Tell me again how illegal aliens have no relationship to the National housing shortage.
