@BBCSport It’s about time football takes note of actions from top players and coaches. Attitude and actions come from the top. It would be so nice to see a game of football with out diving, rolling around on the floor, players surrounding the ref, getting in his face. Do the right thing.

@Mark_Cueto The game needs to look at how it promotes its self. Barely gets mentioned in BBC sport, women’s, and low league football gets more exposure. The average Joe probably couldn’t name a rugby premiership player. If we want to grow the game we need to promote to a wider audience.

@antmiddleton Why is it that everyone wants to whinge about how tough life is? Yes, it’s hard, and sacrifices are being made etc. But how does that help, not much we can do to change it? What we can do is be positive,pick up on good things, if you struggle to find positives then change!

@Elise_Christie I would say, that is exceptional for a non runner! Focus on the facts a)you’ve done it b) after 3 runs there’s an improvement, c) you’ve set your goals which are achieves level. Elite athlete or not, at this time it’s about remaining positive and focused ?
