A massive thank you to my dear friend, Jay Kuntz, who has captured some of mine and Bodiography’s magical moments on stage. Check out his latest blog post!!!
A weekend of inspiration, joy, togetherness, friendship, love, and a celebration of dance for EveryBODY at Bodiography Center for Movement’s Spring Concerts! Words cannot express how proud I am of each and every one of my students and faculty members!
I have a tradition of celebrating performances with a great meal…usually a massive steak. After my West End performance, I decided to try something different. I couldn’t resist the legendary pig’s head at Fallow. I carefully dissected it and savored every bite!
When I look back on Counterpoint of Chaos, I don't think first about the performance. I think about the people. The loved ones who traveled near and far, and the friends who showed up. The moments before stepping onstage and the conversations that followed.
A timelapse can never capture everything that goes into creating a performance. The conversations. The challenges. The laughter. The problem-solving. The moments when everyone simply says, "We'll figure it out." To everyone who gave of themselves to this journey, THANK YOU!!!!
One photo captures the dream, the other captures what happened when that dream was shared. As I reflect on my journey with Counterpoint, I am reminded that the most meaningful moments are not the ones we imagine, but the ones we get to live. Grateful for every step that led here!
A memory of finding stillness before stepping into the chaos.
A reminder that every performance begins with a choice…to trust the work, trust the process, and trust yourself.

It is so surreal to see my thoughts in print!
Thank you to The Stage for publishing my opinion piece exploring some of the ideas behind Counterpoint of Chaos.

At 45 years young, this is what show prep looks like. See you all in Italy this week and in London at His Majesty’s Theatre on Sunday at 7pm!!!

“I’m All Over the Place” … apparently literally.
From the front page of the Sunday Pittsburgh Post-Gazette to posters across London, this season has felt surreal. Grateful, exhausted, inspired, and very much all over the place.
London… here we go!
