Russell's been experiencing the same problem, at the same corners, no matter tyre, since FP - yet nothing had been done about it.

There's 3.5 hrs between the Sprint & Qualifying today. I sure do hope they get everything up to prime within this time.

𝗥𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹'𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀:

Comparing Russell and Antonelli's Silverstone SQ3 laps, Russell had been so much slower on the Straights. Why so?

Mercedes seemed stumped, but a Power Phase graph comparison gives valuable insight -
Antonelli's car had deployed energy in 2 different instances where Russell's didn't. (These two instances were completely independent to the drivers' Throttle usage.)

Antonelli also deployed longer during Straight Zone 2, where Antonelli had gained the most over Russell. (This was also independent to Throttle, Brake, or Gear.)
This meant, though, that Russell had more Battery left coming out of T9.

However, Russell's car seems to have had a inexplicable Glitch coming into Turn 10 & 11, during which ALL of Russell's battery advantage was lost. Russell between T8 & T9 had a 17% battery advantage over Antonelli - after the Glitch, this became NULL, and then a negative value.

Energy Deployment Issues, especially those related to the ERS, seem to be a HUGE issue on Russell's side.
The glitch at T10&11 is particularly concerning, as it would not be driver performance or even setup that decides results during upcoming races, but the ERS (MGU-K + ES + CE) difference between the cars that dictate speed.
