@IRCTCofficial PNR : 4301746880. Taps missing in the washrooms, jet sprays and toilet flush not working. Even buckets or mugs are not available. Yesterday raised two complaints about the same issue closed without resolution. 👎 Very inefficient.

@RailwaySeva @drmsecunderabad When I raised the complaint it was closed two times without rectification. The western toilet is blocked with excreta due to non functioning flush. I have been informed two times that the problem was fixed but nothing has changed actually.
