@Love_Deepspace If you had just built a stronger relationship with your playerbase, you never would have felt the need to cancel Valko in the first place. Gaming companies who put their players first will have our loyalty and our support no matter how bad things seem to get. We would have been able to keep the YTM/CDGs in check. Instead, this happened.

May this be a critical lesson, especially in how you treat your global playerbase. You've seen what we can do, what we are currently doing, the force behind us. You've seen your CN players take courage from us, inspired to raise their voices and turn this movement into something beautiful for China.

It is through this movement that CN players and global players have managed to clear up many misunderstandings between us. Toxic fans have been speaking for the domestic playerbase for far too long. We global players see that now. And we are more united with our CN sisters than ever.

You've seen the power of gamers. The world has seen it.

You can still make this right. It will take a lot of work and a lot of time, but you can still reinstate your goodwill. Reinstate Valko. Then listen to our feedback. Our demands are not unreasonable, we are experienced gamers. We know what makes games work.

Just be transparent.
