After years buying from @BaubleBar, I'll never make a purchase from there again. I ordered three gifts and one was broken. Can't be replaced, so I asked to return all 3. Nope. Final Sale. Too bad. 9 canned email responses later, they lost a customer. CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS.
