A judge set bond at $75,000 with no cash deposit required for ICE Officer Christian J. Castro.

He could be released from the federal courthouse in McAllen this afternoon — if his family / attorneys / whoever can find and surrender his passport before 5 p.m.

If not, he could be stuck in jail all weekend.
