Think I'm scrapping this idea. I can qt my film posts with - transfer dot it - links instead (while it's free). not really happy with my dvd rips yet, so I'll probably start with blu-rays soonish
I think I'll create a thread with the most worthwhile Norwegian films to watch, starting with Jakten (1959). If they are hard to come by, I'll put my badge to good use and upload them (with english subs). If not I'll link to available editions. Once I'm done with my 'archiving project', I'll at least upload all the dvd rips (good and bad) to mega or something.
buy a pc - I already have one.
buy a laptop - I already have one.
buy a ps5 - haha. no.
unfortunately valve is shooting themselves in the foot by not sending one my way... #answermymailGABE
If you have a large Steam library, buy an actual PC. If not, buy a PS5. Steam Machine defenders simply can't answer who it appeals to at this price because the answer is no one.
@whenweonline I remember when GTAV came to pc. I had preloaded it, but it was to heavy for my shitty pc to decrypt or whatever. So I had to delete it and download it again anyway
saw that uwe boll movie. not really great by any means, but amusing because of the subject matter. It would pack a much harder punch if it was set in a specific country with a specific language. The kind of eastern euro ESL accent everyone has makes it seem slightly unserious.
Women will post shit like this and then wonder why the entire planet and every major religion has imposed strict social restrictions on their sovereignty since the dawn of time in every place humans have ever lived.
@thatgroyper2@sadreturns A neat trick I've done is that I follow a local film club, they post information from old screenings as reviews (with no rating), it always appears on the top before random reviews. Much more pertinent information.
