Curious Carousel is an eclectic blend of our sour red, blonde, triple, quad and wheat ales aged for up to 18 months in oak foudres, whiskey barrels and wine barrels. Refermented with cherries, grapes, fresh orange zest, vanilla bean, lavender, hibiscus, rose petals & hips.
Crazy Navel is a blend of sour rye, blond, triple and quad ales aged in oak foudres, wine and Westward Whiskey barrels for up to 18 months. We added fresh zest from Navel, Cara Cara and Valencia oranges, as well as some fresh Mandarin and dried Spanish orange peel.

Cherry Bourbonic 2022. This variation on our Bourbonic Plague blend, Cherry Bourbonic consists of sour imperial porters, red & blonde ales aged in bourbon & wine barrels for up to two years with Montmorency and Bing cherries, dates, vanilla beans, orange peel, & cinnamon.
The Vine: Rosé 2023 is a blend of sour blonde ales aged in oak barrels then refermented with locally grown Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes from St. Josef's Winery in Canby, Oregon. Aromas of melon, starfruit, nuts & funk and a dry body with a buttery, oak-spice finish.
Manhattan NW® 2022 is a blend of sour quad and blond ales aged in bourbon barrels with sour pie cherries and apricot noyaux. A tribute to the classic Manhattan cocktail, this unique sour beer features flavors of bourbon, maraschino cherry, bitter almond, and a rich malt backbone.

Tartini features our sour golden ale aged in an oak foudre followed by an infusion of botanicals consisting of juniper berry, orange peel, orris root, angelica root, coriander and dried rose petal. We recommend this is neither shaken nor stirred. 🍻
Blueberry 2022 features a blend of sour triple and blond ales aged in Pinot Noir barrels for up to two years with fresh blueberries proudly grown right here in Oregon’s bountiful Willamette Valley. 🍻
Cherry Lime Casc-ade features our sour rye ale aged in a foudre for 12 months with Oregon grown Montmorency sour cherries. The blend was finished with generous amounts of fresh citrus zest and a gentle touch of vanilla bean to complement the delicate and enticing cherry flavor.
