The price tag tells you what you pay. It doesn’t tell you what the world pays.
Illicit trade can create ripple effects far beyond the transaction, putting health, livelihoods, legitimate businesses, revenue, fair competition and the environment at risk.
The real cost is rarely visible at the point of sale.

We all know the three monkeys.
But what if the message looked a little different today?
🙈 Don’t see smuggled goods.
🙉 Don’t listen to smugglers’ schemes.
🙊 Don’t promote smuggling.
And when it comes to the final choice, don’t buy illicit goods.
Simple enough? What would you add to the list?
