The reason why Disney is having all of the live action production of Tangled be public as compared to previous live actions is because the previous live actions have underperformed and this is the way of marketing the film. But it also rubs me the wrong way that Teagan is allowed

Even the celebrities that are more down to earth and do their own shopping, cooking, and cleaning have people who support their daily lives. Like lawyers and publicists on retainer, security when they are in public, managers, and people like friend and family in their corner.

The vast majority of actors and celebrities have a team of people who manage their wealth and have LLCs instead of getting paid directly so they are protected from liability and for tax purposes. Also these people have huge support systems to manage their daily lives.
