@AmericanAir Flight 790 from PHL to PUJ sat on runway for 4 hours yesterday with no TV, no snacks, only a cup of water offered ONCE. Flight still hasn’t left 24 hrs later. Luggage held hostage for hours. Spent my first night of vacation at @Target buying underwear. #AmericanAir

@AmericanAir Taking this to DM makes @AmericanAir look like they're trying to make it up to you but they're not. A lame miles reimbursement that needs to be taken within 30 days when they won't do anything for my out of pocket expenses because of them.
