@FDG_Hunter_T I think suing Gannon is a lose lose situation even with a win in the courtroom. They would’ve been better off letting it be I think. I also can’t imagine Gannons lawyers allowing him to terminate the contract if they didn’t believe they had a good case against them. We shall see.
