Found out my grandpa was the first man ever in the delivery room for my mom’s birth in the early 70s in their small NJ town. My grandma heard a radio show about husbands helping their wives through labor & they got special permission from the hospital for him to be there!

The baby finally finished getting all her front teeth and is regularly sleeping 10-12hrs a night and I literally feel like a different person after a week of good sleep, it’s unbelievable
