We acknowledge and respect her rules, especially the part about paying for her time and service. However, the issue is that many of us received little to no updates throughout the process. We were not informed whether our Ticketmaster accounts had been logged in, what our queue positions were or if there had been any progress at all. There was simply a lack of communication.

Before anyone comes at us, we want to make it clear that we were fully aware of the risks that come with using a ticket assistance service.

Our issue is not whether or not we were able to secure tickets. Our concern is @/1dobinini's lack of communication, updates, and assistance throughout the ticket-selling period.

We are sharing this not only to express our experience but also to inform prospective and future clients so they can make a well-informed decision before availing of the service.
