“Malbork” has been very kind to me over the last five years and I’m really pleased to have a piano-only version to share with the world. I hope you like it as much as I do.

Another piece very dear to me from the album is “Outside the Town of Malbork.” I wrote the first half of it way back in 2013 in my old bedroom at my parent’s house in Madison, WI, in between tours with @Filligar.

When I began to write for Piano Music I had a few of these old ideas that I wanted to reimagine for solo piano. “Malbork” was one of those, and after a few different iterations I got it to a place where I think it stands on its own.
