@CitiBikeNYC Hey what do I do if I docked a bike and it locked but the app and e-bike seem to think I’m still riding? Is it safe to leave the bike without further risk?
@googlecloud do you have a billing incident ongoing? It appears that a good number of customers are being alerted? I received an alert that my account was about to be suspended and I have a balance of $0.01. Do I need to be worried? Billing support seems busy.
@verizonfios I haven't had service for 34 hours and a tech is only next available about 91 hours post line cut. Any chance this could be prioritized or am I better off finding alternative service?
@verizonfios based on # of trucks today and a 4 day wait for a tech it sounds like you have an unidentified outage in Brooklyn. Could the network techs miss something? Can you escalate? At least 5 days down including the Superbowl is outrageous. Do you do prorated refunds?
@VerizonSupport Okay. Is 5 days out in nyc normal? My router logs show it down at 2:33pm ET today while techs were working in the area. Can I buy someone lunch and get this fixed? They can pick the place.
@VerizonSupport I was not. A rep told me that wait for a tech is unusual but a network tech did not see evidence of an outage in the area. Is it just standard that it can take five days to fix an issue after work in the area knocks out service for some number of customers?
@NYCTSubway@NYCMayor does the MTA or the city calculate how many voters are disenfranchised by delays like the one currently impacting the F line? Would be an interesting consideration.
