And icing on the cake @AmericanAir we finally land in Raleigh and we are sitting on the tarmac for 45+ minutes because there is a plane at the gate. You control 18 gates here and it’s 1AM. Poor parents on this flight trying to calm down crying babies at 1 in the morning. Why are all of these issues happening this summer? Something has changed and your loyal customers are being brutally punished. Fix it. And do right by your customers.
I’m not a complainer by nature. But @AmericanAir is about to lose my loyalty. I’m now delayed, again, for the 5th straight flight out of RDU. Anyone else experiencing major issues with American?
In total my trip from RDU >> DFW >> RDU had a total of 7 hours of delays. I’m now well over 30 hours of delays with American just this year. I’ve missed business meetings, my kids sports and school events, and paid thousands out of pocket for hotel rooms, Ubers, parking fees, rental cars. And all American does is send AI slop tweets back. I can’t wait to build loyalty with @SouthwestAir and @Delta for the rest of the year.
I’m done with this airline. Do what’s right and (1) fix these problems so 100% of these flights aren’t problematic and (2) treat your long-term high-loyalty customers better. Your customer service is a bunch of excuses but who is held accountable? I’ve literally lost thousands of dollars this year trying to stay loyal to AA. Not anymore.
I’m frustrated at all the excuses. This is flight number 6 in a row where there has been multi-hours of delays. What’s going on? How can we trust your airline? This has now personally cost me $2,000 of added hotels, extended parking fees, missed meetings that had to be rescheduled. How can you treat loyal customers this way?
@AmericanAir This is the same thing your team has said the last literally 5 flights that have been major delayed. Again today is flight maintenance. Of course safety first but I’ve now missed multiple critical work meetings that has cost me thousands of dollars. Unacceptable.
@Aaronbennett Should have left it all to a good cause like https://t.co/XyLZHD56yr where it would have provided 30k+ free ultrasounds to women making a critical life/death decision.
For those that have actually worked near and around Franklin Graham, it takes less than 2 minutes to understand that he is deeply convicted to share the gospel with every tribe and tongue around the globe. You don’t devote your life to that work if you are not completely convinced the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only antidote to sin and death. Shame on anyone for saying he is not a Christian.
