Our first spontaneous batch is now in barrels! It went surprisingly well! Turbid mash, 3 hour boil with aged hops and cooled overnight in our custom #coolship. It's now fermenting away. The weather is looking great for spontaneous brewing, 2 more batches planned this week! #casey
