@benjaminbperez @Airbnb Called and was told it was not the proper process to try to get a full refund, and they have no indication there was a hurricane at the property had reserved, but they would call me back. Sooo consider yourself blessed and highly favored haha

@benjaminbperez @Airbnb Last summer I had an issue & the host was a property management co. Called Airbnb support directly & they were helpful.

This time is a little more different due to weather policies. While I hate it for people there, I am hopeful that I get full refund due to power outages.
