@AppleVacations my parents booked a vacation with you and now they are stranded in Dallas being told their vacation is canceled due to weather and Apple Vacations will not help them. What can they do? Who can they contact

Just a follow up to this. They were able to rebook through their travel agent to Cancun. They gave @AppleVacations another try and when they got to the resort they were told their reservations was lost.

Luckily friends they are traveling with had bunk beds in their room so they were able to stay with them. @AppleVacations
