Young adults, college kids as well as at least one middle schooler in Alabama, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington D.C. have received disgusting texts similar to this one shortly after Trump was announced the winner.

The bulk of the texts have been in D.C. For District residents, the Office of the Attorney General asked anyone who received the texts to reach out to the civil rights section at 202-727-3400 or emailing [email protected].
