Hey Nikita,

Something is seriously broken right now.

A lot of real users are being suspended for "inauthentic behavior" even though they're genuine creators, builders, and everyday people who have been active on X for years.

The worst part is what happens next.

People submit an appeal and get told to log in and follow the on screen instructions to restore their account.

But when they log in, there are no instructions.

No prompt.
No captcha.
No verification flow.

Just a blank page and the same automated response every time they appeal.

So users are stuck in an impossible loop:

• Account gets suspended
• User appeals
• X says follow the instructions
• No instructions exist
• User appeals again
• Same response

Over and over.

This doesn't feel like a few isolated cases anymore. There are hundreds of people reporting the exact same issue.

Many of these accounts represent years of work, friendships, communities, and memories.

If this is an automated system issue, can someone on the team please take a look?

People aren't asking for special treatment.

They just need a recovery flow that actually works
