@CarolynKWrites I would be willing to bet big bucks I know exactly what agent because I got spanked for the same thing two years ago. Considering this agent had not specified anything in her QT form, I found it rude, and happily used it as a red flag to avoid them.

@oseyizackwrites When this particular agency sends you a personal rejection, you won't have to ask if it's a form. When they're really interested, they send helpful notes and references to what they really loved, you will immediately tell the difference. I actually printed mine to keep it.
